The Benjamin T. Rome School of Music presents "Aaron Copland's America," the President's Festival of the Arts. "Oklahoma" will be performed Friday, March 31, to Sunday, April 2. On Monday, April 3, the CUA Orchestra and James Westwater present Copland's "Appalachian Spring, the Red Pony and Lincoln Portrait." Tuesday, April 4, will feature CUA chamber music. Irwin Shaw's "The Quiet City" will be performed Wednesday, April 5. On Thursday, April 6, the CUA Chorus, Chamber Choir and Players present Choral Songs of Aaron Copland, Russell Woollen's "Alexandria Suite" and New Old American Songs. Copland's "The Tenderland" will be performed Friday, April 7, and Saturday, April 8. All performances will be held in the Edward J.
